Our team packs each order with care within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Think of us as your base camp crew preparing supplies for the next big adventure!

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+): Via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for our global explorers outside the US.

Our Worry-Free Return Policy

Sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your little explorer. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple as packing for a day at the park.

Return Basics

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we recommend trackable services)

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or customized items – these personal adventure gear items must remain yours once purchased.

The Return Expedition: Step by Step

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Dallas-based team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make it easy.
  2. Pack Your Items: Place the unworn items with tags in their original packaging. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email).
  3. Ship It Back: Send your return package to:

  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund.

Exchange Expeditions

Need a different size or color for your growing adventurer? Follow the same steps as above, but specify in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (stock permitting).

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Note: Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account – think of it like waiting for the perfect weather window for your next adventure.

International Adventurers

For our global explorers (excluding Asia and some remote areas), return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local postal service for the most economical return options.
