How do I choose the right size for my child?

Are your products really durable enough for active kids?
Absolutely! At The Worn Daily, we put all our clothing through rigorous play-testing to ensure they can withstand whatever adventures your children dream up. We use high-quality materials and reinforced stitching in high-wear areas because we believe kids should be free to explore without clothing limitations.
Ordering & Account Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for secure checkout.
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and get updates on new arrivals!
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
No worries! Just click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset it. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.
Shipping & Delivery
Good to know: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations) from our Dallas headquarters. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Uses trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping.
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 – Uses EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After 1-2 business days for processing:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days after shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, bringing our signature blend of durability and style to families across the world. Some remote areas (particularly in Asia) may not be serviceable, and international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you and your little adventurers to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
How do I exchange an item for a different size?
Simply contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
