   I loved the feel, the fit, the look, but the foot sole was hard and slick which won’t work in my area. I can’t afford slick soles. The heel has a gripping vibrum- type material which is great. If the sole had the same I would’ve kept the boots.

   Amazing boots, still found them a bit narrow for my foot which is a regular/ on the wider side. Keeping them though they are too cute to return. Definitely true to size

   I wish I could review this item, but it never arrived. I ordered two pair of boots and was there when the delivery person arrived. I actually met him at his Amazon Prime Van so that he didn’t have to get out. I immediately went inside to check the status and both boots were in “processing” status. Nothing the following day, and nothing today, although the status reads that both were delivered. I hope that Zappos or Amazon Prime will correct this issue or reimburse me.

   although they are beautiful boots, they were very uncomfortable. also, the heels of these boot did not match each other, they were two completely different heights.

   I absolutely love them they’re even more prettier in person than they were online if it’s super comfortable and they’re really great quality I would buy like 10 more pairs
